PsTally uses a simple per-console formula: Ksh 500 /month platform fee plus Ksh 350 per console per month. A 4-console lounge pays Ksh 1,900 /month. There are no tiers, no hidden charges, and no setup fee.

Is there a setup fee or contract?

No setup fee. No fixed contract. You pay month to month, or annually — 10 months billed, 12 months of access (2 months free).

What features are included in the base price?

Session tracking, staff shift reconciliation, live console monitoring, revenue analytics, WhatsApp shift reports, and tournament bracket tools — all included at no extra charge.

What is the AI monitoring add-on?

An optional add-on at Ksh 400 /month. It sends daily WhatsApp summaries, flags unusual shift activity, and lets you ask plain-English questions about your revenue.

How do I pay?

Via M-Pesa to our Safaricom Till. Payment details are provided during setup.

Is tournament hosting included?

Yes. Tournament bracket hosting is free for all subscribers — and free for anyone joining your tournaments, even without a subscription.
