Setting up your lounge on PsTally.

From registration to your first open shift — the whole process takes under an hour. Here’s exactly what to do.

Register your lounge

Go to app.tempforest.com/get-started. Enter your lounge name, your name, email, phone number, password, and the number of consoles you run. Your account is created instantly — no approval wait, no sales call.

Add your consoles

During onboarding, set the number of consoles (up to 20). PsTally names them Bay 1, Bay 2, and so on. You can rename them in Settings any time — 'PS5 Left', 'Xbox Bay', whatever fits your layout.

Configure game types and pricing

Add the games you offer and set pricing — per game or per hour. PsTally comes pre-loaded with FC26 and GTA Online. You can add as many as you like and set different rates for each.

Create staff accounts

Add each staff member with a name and a 4-digit PIN. That PIN is all they need to open and close shifts. No email, no password, no forgotten logins. You can add or remove staff any time from the owner dashboard.

Share the console link

Give your staff the staff console URL (it's in your dashboard under Staff). They open it on the shared device at the counter — a tablet, phone, or laptop — and enter their PIN. That's the whole setup.

Common questions

Does setup require installing anything on the consoles?

No. PsTally runs in the browser and communicates with your PS5s over your existing WiFi. Nothing is installed on the consoles.

What device does the staff use?

Any device with a browser — a tablet, phone, or old laptop at the counter. Most lounges use a dedicated phone or tablet mounted near the entrance.

Can I change pricing after setup?

Yes. You can update game prices, add new games, or remove games at any time from the Games section in your owner dashboard.

What happens if I have more than 20 consoles?
